1. Using Zema

By using our platform, you agree to comply with all local laws and our community guidelines. Zema is a marketplace facilitating tutoring connections.

2. Payments & Fees

Students agree to pay the rates specified by tutors. Zema collects a platform fee on each transaction to maintain and improve the service.

3. Cancellation Policy

Lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations after this window may be subject to a fee.

4. Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Both tutors and students must treat each other with respect and professionalism.

5. Direct Contact Policy

To protect the safety of our community and ensure the integrity of the platform, tutors are strictly prohibited from mentioning direct contact methods (such as personal phone numbers, emails, home addresses, or social media handles) in their introductory videos, CVs, or any publicly visible part of their profile.

Attempting to bypass Zema's secure messaging and payment systems may lead to immediate account suspension.
